Google Instant for phones (beta) now out!

I really loved Google Instant. Well, it got a ton of really positive reviews. Google also said that it is coming soon on mobile devices. Well, that day isn't very far away. Google just announced that they are releasing the instant results feature for mobile phones too.

In the US, some people using iOS 4 (on iPhones and iPods according to Google) and Android 2.2 (Froyo) phones can start using 'Instant (beta)' by tapping 'Turn on' at the bottom of Google's mobile homepage. Oh yes, and you can switch it off as easily to. Just a tap.

Google also says that this new feature (of course) works best on 3G and Wi-Fi. They will be rolling out the feature to other countries very soon.

As of writing this post, not many problems have been reported with this new feature.
