You just click the little arrow near Most Recent and you get a nice little dropdown menu. You can choose what you want to see in the News Feed. For example, when I choose Status Updates, as in the photo above, I see all the recent status updates from friends and Pages, nothing else.
That's pretty interesting, but not something to drool upon. I'm quite indifferent. But I like it.
