According to Business Insider, a Verizon tweet came from an iPhone (screenshot above). The news site also linked to the tweet directly. When I tried to visit it, the tweet did not exist.
Now it could be, as Business Insider also points, that the Verizon employee who posted that was using an AT&T phone. But it isn't likely, is it? The question remains: Why was the tweet deleted? I also searched for the tweet on the @Verizon Twitter page, and I found a couple of similar tweets. But neither was from an iPhone.
Weird.
