Google claims that 2010 was a great year for Blogger, their free blogging platform, with about half a billion posts published in the year, with more than 400 million active users. And finally, they have decided to revamp the site completely.

"The new design is not only cleaner and more modern, but it also uses Google Web Toolkit, delivering the latest in web technology"The dashboard is getting a completely new look, stats are possibly changing and the post editor looks a lot like Google Docs, which makes perfect sense.
