Apple officially sends out invites to media event next week
Apple has finally sent out invites to a conference to be held on October 4th, 2011 on it's own campus in Cupertino. And yes, it is about the next iPhone.
The invitation itself is clearly designed with the four iOS app icons. It tells the date, time and location of the event. We are not sure if the 1 missed call refers to just one iPhone launching or not. But anyways, we do know that the event is about the iPhone.
While we do not know if the rumors about a redesign and/or a second model will hold true or not, but it is certain that Apple will talk about iOS 5. And it's about time too. I'm waiting.
The Internet says that Tim Cook, the new Apple CEO will be taking Steve Jobs place in this conference.
