Flipboard, the extremely popular, free news app for iPad has finally been ported to the iPhone. Fipboard is now a universal app, still free.
Flipboard for iPhone offers the same, magazine-style web reading experience of the iPad optimized for the iPhone. Flipboard supports Google Reader, Flickr and more. You can also use it to follow Twitter feeds, RSS feeds and to monitor your Facebook and Twitter accounts.
Flipboard for iPhone has a new feature called "Cover Stories" that allows you to check the latest trending topics that you might like on the front cover. This feature is coming soon to iPad according to the developers.
Flipboard is now installed on 1 in 10 iPads over the world. And seriously, it is an awesome app.
